Minimal, conceptual, bold: were the only three descriptive words that we were briefed with for the concept of Gara Gara Nurul dan Shahril’s set; but at the end of the set-up, our design turned out to be much more than we imagined.

Drawing inspiration from pop culture architecture, the set offers a strong, colourfully loud design that pushed the envelope of talkshow set designs – be it the structured gigantic letters with asymmetrical flow, boxy backdrops or the perfectly flowing ribbon-like structure that flowed through the set, it definitely showed our designer’s flare in creating a pop-culture masterpiece.
